 Designed  for handling large I/O and track count requirements, the Pro Tools HD 2 Accel system combines two dedicated DSP cards (PCI or PCIe),
Connected via Digidesign’s proprietary TDM II architecture, with the processing resources of your computer.  This powerful system gives music and post professionals the rock solid performance of the TDM platform along with more dedicated DSP for plug-in processing.

Ivory…Three Grand Pianos in one multi-platform Virtual Instrument:

Ivory Grand Piano is a comprehensive virtual instrument reproducing the sounds of the world’s finest grand pianos.  Ivory’s creators are accomplished pianists as well as programmers, and know that no single piano, no matter how great, is right for all players, all styles or all recording situations.  Therefore, Ivory contains more than 40 Gigabytes of carefully assembled, unlooped and untransposed samples of three distinct world-class instruments: a Bosendorfer 290 Imperial Grand, a German Steinway model D nine-foot concer grand, and a Ymaha C7 grand.  Ivory contains its own 32-bit playback and DSP engine, which was designed from the ground up to perform the various specialized tasks of reproducing piano performance

Auto-Tune 5... The worldwide standard in professional pitch correction:

Auto-Tune 5 is a precision tool for correcting intonation errors or creatively modifying the intonation of a performance.  Auto-Tune 5 employs state of the art digital signal processing algorithms to continuously detect the pitch of a periodic input signal and instantly and seamlessly change it to a desired pitch (defined by any of a number of user-programmable scales, MIDI input, or through the use of graphical editing tools).  Today, it’s used by thousands of audio professionals to save studio and editing time,  ease the frustration of endless retakes, save that otherwise once in a lifetime performance, or even to create unique special effects.
