Riversong Artists

Gene-82Gene McDonald  - Originally from Kennett, MO, Gene McDonald was raised around Gospel Music singing and traveling with his family from a very early age.  That gave Gene the opportunity to sing during High School with Jack Campbell & The Ambassadors (writer of “I Know A Man Who Can” made popular by The Cathedrals) and during college he attended the Ben Speer School of Music. It was during that time that Gene joined the Plainsmen Quartet and later spent 9 years with the popular Florida Boys and currently with The Gaither Homecoming Tour.  Gene presently makes his home in Gallatin, TN with his wife and child and continues to drive for artists such as Gordon Mote while he continues to work solo concerts.

Southern_Tradition_2Southern Tradition  - is one of the newest and most exciting gospel quartets in America today. Their intricate harmonies, detailed arrangements, and versatility, place this group in a league all their own. These young men have a style that reflects the nostalgia of their predecessors on the classics as well as a modern day sound that is fresh and enlightening.  Once you have experienced the group in a concert setting you will see why Southern Tradition has been labeled as Gospel Music Premier Southern Gospel Quartet.
